Surprise Monday off for Don equals the two of us indulging in some favorite desserts.
Flavors: Coffee, Pistachio, Carmel & Sea Salt, and the mystery macaroon…Mango Curry( and I discovered I love curry – just not in my macaroons!)
We were at the Honolulu Coffee Company in the Outrigger Hotel on the Waikiki strip.

Tomorrow I plan on posting a book review for the 2 most recent books I’ve read. One of which coincides with tonight’s No Reservations episode to Cambodia.

Those macaroons look wonderful! I actually never had one before, but I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like, so I bet it would be great!
